Role Overview:

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong expertise in Service Portal and Catalog development to support and enhance our healthcare IT service management capabilities. This role focuses on building intuitive user experiences, automating workflows, and ensuring efficient service delivery across clinical and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. Design and implement Service Portals, leveraging widgets, UI pages, and client/server-side scripting for optimal user experience. Build and maintain Service Catalogs, including item design, workflows, and fulfillment automation.
