Job Description -

We are seeking an OT Security & Compliance Specialist with strong experience in manufacturing Operational Technology (OT) environments and ServiceNow Operational Technology Service Management (OTSM). This role is responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and regulatory compliance of industrial control systems (ICS), including PLCs, SCADA, and other OT assets, many of which operate on legacy firmware and require specialized governance.

The successful candidate will leverage ServiceNow OTSM to centralize OT asset visibility, vulnerability management, change management, and compliance workflows, supporting globally recognized standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, ISO, and NIS2.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain OT asset visibility using ServiceNow OTSM, including ICS, PLCs, SCADA systems, and supporting infrastructure
• Design and implement OT compliance frameworks aligned with industry and regulatory standards
• Identify, track, and mitigate OT vulnerabilities, particularly in legacy and non-patchable systems
• Establish and enforce OT change management processes to ensure operational stability and audit readiness
• Support risk assessments, audits, and compliance reporting for manufacturing environments
• Collaborate with IT, OT engineering, cybersecurity, and manufacturing teams to align security and operational objectives
• Translate compliance requirements into practical OT controls and workflows
• Monitor regulatory changes and continuously improve OT governance and compliance posture
• Provide documentation, metrics, and evidence for internal and external audits

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow OTSM or ServiceNow GRC/ITSM in OT contexts
• Solid understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), PLCs, SCADA, and OT networks
• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity risks, legacy systems, and compensating controls
• Familiarity with OT compliance and regulatory standards listed above
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with risk assessments, audits, and compliance documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ServiceNow certifications
• Experience supporting regulated industries (automotive, medical devices, critical infrastructure)
• Understanding of IT/OT convergence and secure architecture design
