8-10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in ServiceNowServiceNow System Administration Certified is mandatoryITIL Foundation Certification would be a plus or can do before joiningImplementation Specialist would be a plusShould possess good communication skills Ability to handle and mentor/guide at least 4 team members.Structured working approach and Positive AttitudeShould have valid Passport and ready to travel (Domestic/International) for 3-6 weeks.
