Job Description

This is a Senior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead–type role , focused on Client-side and platform development .

1 Depending on the team, it can be aligned to:

  • AI Experiences (Virtual Agent / Now Assist / GenAI) OR
  • ITX / Technology workflows (ITSM, ITAM, SPM, Change, etc.)

It is not a functional/admin-only role — it is hands-on development .

2. Experience expectation

  • 6–10 years total experience in software or platform development
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow “Client” development
  • For mid-level roles : 5–7 years
  • For Tech Leads : closer to 8–10 years, with design + mentoring responsibility

They want someone who can design, build, debug, and lead solutions , not just configure.
