Hiring service now developer for one of our client MNC
Job Description:
1. He should be able to lead end to end ServiceNow delivery projects.
2. Well verse with ITIL/ISO20K and ServiceNow.
3. Must have done multiple ITSM functional consulting assignment.
4. Well aware about Process and tool alignment
5. Must have handled Integrated setup of tools (monitoring, service management and dashboarding)
6. Should have hands on experience in ServiceNow CSM, ITSM and ITOM configurations
7. 01st Preferences CSM and ITSM and 02nd Preferences ITOM
8. ITIL and ServiceNow certified.
9. Must have team handling and management skills.
10. Based Location Noida (Hybrid)
11. Contract Duration 03 Months (Extend as per the person performance)
Reporting Relationship: Reporting to Technical Architect
