Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow portals with responsive UI/UX
  • Build and configure widgets, UI pages, and components for the Service Portal
  • Work with HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies
  • Design and implement solutions using Flow Designer, Client/Server Scripts, Business Rules, and User Criteria
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards for performance and data visualization
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices for ServiceNow development

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proven expertise in:
