SynGrow Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing IT consulting firm delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions to global clients.

We are hiring multiple ServiceNow professionals across various modules with 5- 10 years of experience to work on enterprise implementations, integrations, and digital transformation programs.

Workplace: Hybrid / Onsite (Role-specific)
Locations: Bangalore / Kolkata / PAN India
Employment Type: Full-Time

Tasks

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules and applications
  • Work on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, SPM, Telecom, Automation, or Architect roles based on expertise
  • Design and implement workflows, flows, scripts, and catalog items
  • Build integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server
  • Ensure CMDB accuracy, CSDM alignment, and platform best practices
  • Support implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing, and production support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of ServiceNow experience (mandatory)
  • Strong hands-on experience in one or more ServiceNow modules
  • JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Workflows
  • ITIL process knowledge
  • Experience with Integration Hub, APIs, CMDB, Discovery (role-specific)
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory for most roles)
  • CIS / CAD / ITIL certifications – good to have
