Job Description :
- Lead endtoend delivery of Service Now CSDM implementation projects
- Define project scope timelines and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Oversee governance risk management and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with technical teams Architects Developers BAs for successful execution
- Prepare project documentation dashboards and status reports
- Required Skills Experience
- Education Bachelors in ITComputer Science PMP certification preferred
- Experience 10 years in IT project management in Service Now projects
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 Service Now modules CMDB ITOM ITSM and CSDM framework
- Excellent communication vendor management and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
