Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and deliver ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives, while working closely with stakeholders in the UK time zone.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation plans
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Facilitate regular project status updates, stand-ups, and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably on ServiceNow projects
  • Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementations or modules
  • Strong understanding of Agile and/or Scrum project management methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment aligned to UK time zone

Job Timing:

This position is remote allowing flexibility in work hours but primarily aligns with standard business hours to facilitate team collaboration.
