Job Description
They should drive end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM), managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication. They collaborate with developers and architects to translate business needs into technical requirements, often requiring Agile/Waterfall expertise and PMP/CSM certifications to ensure high-quality, compliant, and scalable platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Lead full-cycle ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to define scope and deliverables.
- Governance & Risks: Define project governance, manage Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), and monitor budget consumption.
