Role Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver ServiceNow platform initiatives across IT and business functions. This role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery , manages stakeholders, mitigates risks, and drives adoption of ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and custom applications.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects from initiation through go-live
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and budgets
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests
- Ensure alignment with business goals, platform roadmap, and governance standards
Stakeholder & Business Engagement
- Partner with business leaders, IT teams, architects, and vendors
