JOB DESCRIPTION: Title: ServiceNow Project Manager Location: 2 Broadway, NYC Experience: Tier 3 79 Years Duration: 12 Months Work Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week Job Summary: This position will manage and execute all aspects of the ServiceNow modernization technology projects in any one of the following specialties: planning, executing, and delivering ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, manages stakeholder expectations, and drives successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions across the MTA. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, eight years' experience in the appropriate specialties and a minimum of two years' experience as a project manager (PMP is desirable).
