Job Description
We’re looking for a Project Manager to support the SPM studio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects (SPM, WSD) ensuring project objectives are met.
Deliver ServiceNow solutions on time, within budget, and with high quality, all while managing client relationships and teams.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Gather and document business requirements and translate these into ServiceNow configurations/customizations, working closely with technical and business teams.
Track progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and manage scope changes to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow project management methodology, best practices, and governance standards.
Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project status, risks, and deliverables.
Facilitate workshops, client meetings, and user training as needed.
