Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented ServiceNow AI QA professional to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow applications and AI-driven features. The role involves validating workflows, integrations, and AI capabilities while working closely with cross-functional Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ServiceNow modules, workflows, and AI features.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Validate AI/ML-driven functionalities such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and automated workflows.
  • Use ServiceNow ATF or other automation tools to automate test cases and ensure data integrity.
  • Log defects, track issues, and document test results using JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Requirement:

  • Proven experience in QA testing for ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF and test automation concepts.
  • Knowledge of AI features within ServiceNow (e.G., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence) is a plus.
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
