Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented ServiceNow AI QA professional to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow applications and AI-driven features. The role involves validating workflows, integrations, and AI capabilities while working closely with cross-functional Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ServiceNow modules, workflows, and AI features.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Validate AI/ML-driven functionalities such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and automated workflows.
Use ServiceNow ATF or other automation tools to automate test cases and ensure data integrity.
Log defects, track issues, and document test results using JIRA and ServiceNow.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile/Scrum teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Requirement:
Proven experience in QA testing for ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF and test automation concepts.
Knowledge of AI features within ServiceNow (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence) is a plus.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
