Role & Responsibilities
- Design, author and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ServiceNow features, scoped apps, and integrations to validate functionality and performance.
- Develop, maintain and run automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and complementary automation tools to accelerate regression cycles.
