Description:

TCS is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices. You will:
  • Design & Implementation, Customization and Maintenance of ITSM SPO Module
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
  • Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
  • Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies. 
  • Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.
