Job Description :

  • Candidate must have 7 years of overall ServiceNow experience
  • Hands-on design development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules Incident Problem Change CMDB Asset
  • Well versed with ServiceNow scripting
  • Candidate must have 2 years of ServiceNow CMDB Asset Management experience


SAMPro Implementation experience

  • Exposure to licensing publisher packs
  • Detailed understanding and oversight of data sources for inventory usage contract entitlement and data maintenance user management and enablement data integrity compliance analysis renewal milestone calendaring and innovative reporting solutions
  • Must have good communication skills
