Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Service Now implementation, customization, configuration, integration, and development , along with the ability to design robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage Service Now SAM modules to optimize software asset lifecycle Design and develop solutions including UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows Customize and configure Service Now applications to meet business requirements Integrate Service Now with third-party systems and tools Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize software usage
Provide technical guidance and best practices for Service Now development and SAM processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now platform
Strong knowledge of Service Now SAM module and related processes Proven experience in implementation, customization, configuration, and integration of Service Now
Expertise in designing solutions including UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
CAD and CIS certifications are mandatory Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have: Experience with ITAM (IT Asset Management) and ITSM module Knowledge of scripting languages (Java Script, Glide Script)
Familiarity with Service Now APIs and integration pattern
