Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist to lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of SAM capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on defining SAM use cases, implementing scalable solutions, and creating standardized onboarding playbooks to ensure effective integration of software assets and applications.
