Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, configuration, integration, and development, along with the ability to design robust solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage ServiceNow SAM modules to optimize software asset lifecycle
  • Design and develop solutions including UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize software usage
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow development and SAM processes


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SAM module and related processes
  • Proven experience in implementation, customization, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow
  • Expertise in designing solutions including UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
  • CAD and CIS certifications are mandatory
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ITAM (IT Asset Management) and ITSM module
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs and integration pattern
