Job Description
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Service Now SAM Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) . The role focuses on software license compliance, cost optimization, and full lifecycle management of software assets within the Service Now platform.
The ideal candidate will work closely with IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure efficient software usage, reduce compliance risks, optimize licensing costs, and support audits and renewals. Key Responsibilities Platform Management Implement, configure, and maintain Service Now SAM Pro modules Configure workflows, discovery integrations, and data imports
Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Compliance & Risk Management
Monitor software usage and license compliance
Identify compliance gaps and manage entitlements
Support audit responses and vendor engagements, especially for Microsoft and Adobe Reduce compliance risks and ensure audit readines...
