The ServiceNow SecOps Specialist is responsible for configuring, administering, and supporting ServiceNow Security Operations modules to enable proactive threat detection, vulnerability management, and security incident response. The role works closely with SOC, IT, and Risk teams to automate and streamline security workflows across the enterprise.



Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and support ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules:


• Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR) and Threat Intelligence (TI)


• Configure security workflows, playbooks, and automation using Flow Designer and Workflow.


• Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with security tools (SIEM, scanners, EDR, SOAR):


• Manage security incidents, vulnerability lifecycle, and remediation tracking.


• Configure and maintain risk scoring, prioritization rules, and SLAs.


• Support CMDB integration for asset correlation and impact analysis.


• Perform user, role, ACL, and access management for SecOps modules.


• Support platform upgrades, patching, and instance health for SecOps.


• Ensure compliance with security policies, audit, and regulatory requirements.


• Provide L2/L3 support for SecOps-related issues.
