KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

You have the following knowledge and experience:

  • Working with ServiceNow for at least 5 years, developing, configuring, testing, deploying and maintaining ServiceNow. (No admin pls).
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certificate
  • Significant experience in building and improving complex API’s.
  • ServiceNow certification (CIS-ITSM and Service Portal), ITIL is a pre.
  • Experience with one of the ServiceNow applications: ITSM.
  • Experienced in Agile and DevOps Way of Working.
  • Basic knowledge of Javascript.
