Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Solution design and architecture: Design and oversee end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, creating high-level architecture documents and technical blueprints that align with business strategy.
  • Technical leadership: Provide expert guidance and leadership on best practices, lead technical discussions, and ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  • Mentorship and governance: Mentor junior team members and provide technical governance, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and policies.
  • Documentation and maintenance: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design specifications, maintenance guides, and current state documentation.
  • Continuous improvement: Conduct regular reviews of the environment to identify opportunities for improvement and stay current with new features and functionalities.

    Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow CIS-CSM or CTA certification
  • (CIS, Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM, Customer Service Management)
  • (CTA, Certified Technical Architect)
  • ServiceNow Architect/Implementation experience
