Job Description

The ServiceNow Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and governance of the ServiceNow platform. This role provides technical leadership, ensures architectural integrity, manages upgrades, and drives high‑quality solution delivery across the enterprise. As the platform lead, you will guide developers, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, and ensure best‑practice implementation across all ServiceNow modules

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Architect and oversee the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions, including new modules, advanced configurations, and enterprise-grade catalog capabilities.
  • Provide expert-level guidance and architectural direction to resolve complex security issues, break/fix scenarios, performance challenges, and platform-wide technical problems.
