Hours Required: 40 hrs per week

Job description: The scope of this engagement encompasses the full lifecycle of solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to sustainment a migration to ServiceNow CSM.

Technical Skills

  • ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM (CSM Mandatory).
  • Integration Skills: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration of ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., LDAP, SSO, third-party apps).
