Our client has a requirement for ServiceNow Solutions Architects.
Duration of the contract (start and end date): 02/09/26 to 7/31/2026
Client Location: Ottawa
Work Model: Hybrid; Must be located in Canada
Additional info: 40 hrs per week
Job description: The scope of this engagement encompasses the full lifecycle of solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to sustainment a migration to ServiceNow CSM.
Technical Skills:ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM (CSM Mandatory). Integration Skills: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration of ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., LDAP, SSO, third-party apps).
