Genesis10 is currently seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Lead an effort to assess existing vulnerability remediation tools, processes and support capabilities and help define requirements and architect solutions and implementation plans to translate those capabilities into the ServiceNow Platform Assist with evolving our existing governance routines to support ServiceNow business rules and workflow Translate the existing reporting (Tableau, UI, etc) into standard ServiceNow reporting or functionality for a variety of people Assist train our team on ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module, and other platform capabilities
