  • Own end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow
  • Ensure high‑quality delivery execution for programs involving ServiceNow implementations, infrastructure automation, and platform modernization.
  • Establish delivery frameworks—governance models, KPIs, SLAs, and quality checkpoints—to ensure consistent delivery performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including architecture, engineering, QA, PMO, and service operations to ensure seamless program execution.
