Job Description
We are seeking a Service Now Specialist – CMDB & Domain Separation with 8+ years of experience to handle daily administration, ensure platform security, and optimise performance. You will configure workflows, support users, and implement enhancements that improve service delivery. The role requires strong expertise in Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM/HRSD/Sec Ops) and hands-on skills with HTML, CSS, and Java Script for scripting and configurations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain platform stability and drive continuous improvement.
