Desirable Skills
Proven experience (Min 4 months) in leading and implementing Service Now SPM solutions.
Strong background in portfolio management processes and methodologies.
Extensive hands-on experience with Service Now platform configuration and customization.
Proficiency in Java Script and Service Now scripting languages.
Experience in integrating Service Now modules with other enterprise applications.
Configure and customize the Service Now platform, including the SPM module, to meet the requirements.
Portfolio Management: Design and develop portfolio management solutions, including project and resource management, demand management, and financial planning.
Custom Applications: Develop custom applications and modules within Service Now to address unique SPM requirements.
Automation: Implement workflow automation and business rules to optimize strategic portfolio management processes.
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Business Management (CIS-ITBM) / Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is advantageous.
