Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Consultant/Developer with strong experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow SPM modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize portfolio, project, and demand management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules , including:
  • Demand Management
  • Project & Program Management
  • Resource Management
  • Portfolio Management
  • Financial Planning & Tracking
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow SPM solutions.
  • Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and reports/dashboards.
  • Customize SPM using Flow Designer, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Business Rules .
  • Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB .
  • Provide support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Create technical and functional documentation.
  • Ensure best practices, security, and ServiceNow upgrade compatibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow platform experience .
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM module .
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Demand & Project lifecycle management
  • Portfolio prioritization & funding models
  • Resource allocation & capacity planning
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript).
  • Experience in reports, dashboards, and performance analytics (preferred).
  • Good communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow SPM / CSA / CAD certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with Agile / SAFe / Waterfall project models .
  • Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
  • Experience in IT services, BFSI, Healthcare, or Enterprise environments.

  • Performance Analytics for SPM
  • Agile Development (Scrum) knowledge
  • Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades and platform governance
