Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Consultant/Developer with strong experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow SPM modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize portfolio, project, and demand management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules, including:
- Demand Management
- Project & Program Management
- Resource Management
- Portfolio Management
- Financial Planning & Tracking
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and reports/dashboards.
- Customize SPM using Flow Designer, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
- Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB
