Job Title: ServiceNow SPM/PPM Consultant
Job Summary:
As a ServiceNow SPM/PPM expert, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing solutions that align business strategy with project execution. You will work closely with stakeholders to optimize portfolio visibility, resource allocation, and investment planning using the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Configuration:
- Implement and configure SPM modules including Project Portfolio Management (PPM) , Demand Management , Resource Management , Agile Development , and Financial Planning .
- Customize project templates, scoring models, and portfolio dashboards.
- Design scalable technical architectures following ServiceNow best practices.
- Client Engagement & Workshops:
- Conduct workshops to assess current processes and define future-state solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Integration & Automation:
- Integrate SPM with tools like JIRA, MS Project, SAP , and other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, APM, CMDB).
- Automate workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub .
- Governance & Reporting:
- Enable strategic alignment through OKRs, KPIs, and investment planning.
- Build real-time dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics .
- Support & Optimization:
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and performance tuning.
- Guide customers in documentation and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 2+ years in SPM/PPM.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).
- Proficiency in JavaScript , Glide scripting , and ServiceNow Studio .
- Experience with ServiceNow PPM , Demand , Resource , and Financial Management modules.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – PPM preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Strategic Roadmapping , Innovation Management , and Application Portfolio Management (APM) .
- Familiarity with AI-driven insights and predictive analytics in project planning .
- Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and hybrid PMO environments.
