Job Description for a ServiceNow Sr. ITAM (SAM/HAM) developer JD.

Responsibilities

  • Broad IT experience of 4 to 8 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow involving ITAM (SAM and HAM PRO)
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow from end user/administrator perspective
  • Knowledge of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tools
  • Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS
  • Working knowledge of relational databases
  • Participating in ServiceNow testing, administration and development activities, as well as troubleshooting
  • Very good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept
