About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Support Analyst / Engineer with strong hands-on expertise across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD modules. The role involves L2/L3 platform support, issue resolution, enhancements, and close collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure optimal ServiceNow platform performance.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations.
