About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Service Now Support Analyst / Engineer
with strong hands-on expertise across
ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD
modules. The role involves L2/L3 platform support, issue resolution, enhancements, and close collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure optimal Service Now platform performance.

Key Responsibilities
Provide
L2/L3 support
for Service Now across
ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD
modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations.
Support
Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
processes.
Maintain and support
CMDB health , including CI relationships, data quality, normalization, and reconciliation.
Support
ITOM capabilities
such as Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Health Log Analytics.
