About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Support Analyst / Engineer

with strong hands-on expertise across

ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD

modules. The role involves L2/L3 platform support, issue resolution, enhancements, and close collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure optimal ServiceNow platform performance.



Key Responsibilities

Provide

L2/L3 support

for ServiceNow across

ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD

modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations .
Support

Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog

processes.
Maintain and support

CMDB health , including CI relationships, data quality, normalization, and reconciliation.
