About the Role


We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Support Analyst / Engineer with strong hands-on expertise across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD modules. The role involves L2/L3 platform support, issue resolution, enhancements, and close collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure optimal ServiceNow platform performance.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities


  • Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations.
  • Support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog processes.
  • Maintain and support CMDB health, including CI relationships, data quality, normalization, and reconciliation.
  • Support ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Event Management, ...
