ServiceNow Technical Architect

QSR is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‐scale solutions across the ServiceNow platform. You'll define architecture, guide technical teams, and shape best practices for complex multi‐module implementations.

Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

What You'll Do

Lead technical design, integrations, and platform governance

Provide guidance to development teams and ensure solution quality

Collaborate with stakeholders and support pre‐sales when needed

What We're Looking For

Strong experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions

Deep knowledge of platform architecture, scripting, and integrations

Proven technical leadership in enterprise environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills

Based in Madrid or willing to be on‐site twice a week
