Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our ServiceNow practice. The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term position, and the candidate must be an Australian Citizen living in Australia.

What You’ll Do

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant you will be involved in multiple projects with high‑profile clients, leading workstreams from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will also lead testing, knowledge‑transfer sessions and user training. Your role will require you to act as a conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders, and the implementation teams.
