Job Description

Our financial Crown Corporation client is seeking two (2) ServiceNow Technical Consultants/Developers to support a full lifecycle migration to ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) . This role covers solution design, configuration, scripting, testing, deployment, integrations, and transition to sustainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end design, build, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions.
  • Configure the ServiceNow platform including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
  • Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and integration tools.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
  • Support testing, UAT, deployments, cutover activities, and documentation.
  • Transition newly delivered solutions to operations/sustainment teams.
