ServiceNow Technical Lead

We're looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead to drive the implementation, optimization, and evolution of our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and evolution of HRSD solutions.
Serve as the technical authority for HRSD initiatives.
Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs.
Mentor and guide ServiceNow engineers.
Contribute to platform architecture and governance.
Ensure Agile delivery and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:
3+ years hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience or 5+ years overall ServiceNow experience.
Strong technical background (Developer or Architect).
Experience guiding technical teams and making architectural decisions.
Agile delivery experience.
Strong communication skills; English required, Spanish a plus.
ServiceNow certifications a plus.
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
