ServiceNow System Technical Administrator Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location: India Remote

Experience: 5 - 8+ years in ServiceNow platform administration and technical delivery

Role Overview

As our ServiceNow System Technical Administrator (SME), you'll own the end-to-end technical administration, configuration, optimization, and governance of the ServiceNow platform. Serve as the primary technical authority, driving stability, scalability, security, and alignment with business and ServiceNow best practices. Collaborate with IT, HR, security, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions, provide expert guidance, mentor teams, and enforce platform governance.
