Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead – ITSM with a strong background in IT service management and technical leadership. The role involves leading ServiceNow ITSM implementations, guiding technical teams, and ensuring adherence to ITSM best practices and standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management
- Design and implement IT service management processes and workflows aligned with business requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on ServiceNow ITSM configurations and best practices
- Develop, maintain, and update documentation related to ServiceNow ITSM workflows, configurations, and processes
