Our client requires a technical lead/ developer for architecting and guiding complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple enterprise modules while ensuring scalable, secure, and governance aligned solutions. Resource will lead the design of platform integrations, CMDB/CSDM data models, mobile and AI-enabled workflows, and technical standards that support organizational objectives. Deliverables will include strategic roadmaps and technical documentation, while also providing stakeholder guidance to optimize platform performance and long term sustainability.
