Position: ServiceNow Techno Functional Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Required competencies

• 5 years of proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM

• A healthy spirit, positive mindset, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn are mandatory!

• Proven ability to be a strong, independent, and effective professional who can navigate a complex international business/program environment.

• Willing to do hands-on work, while learning in an agile setting

• Functional and technical aptitude and an ability to understand and discuss system architectural concepts and translate them into end-user language

• Conceptual thinking/analytics: Ability to see the “Bigger Picture”.

• Strong communicator who can work with various stakeholders and customers, stress-resilient personality

• Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage

The Techno-Functional consultant supports the Customer ITSM and CSM Value Delivery team, and BCE team to leverage the out-of-the-box functionality of ServiceNow. By having a deep understanding of the current business processes, and having an understanding of the transformation objectives, the functional consultant supports the Design team on how to best leverage out-of-the-box ServiceNow

The key competencies are:

• Understand our business and our business processes -> How do we do things today

• Understand ServiceNow OOTB functionality.

• Convert the business needs into these standard functionalities.
