Required competencies

- 5 years of proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM

- A healthy spirit, positive mindset, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn are mandatory!

- Proven ability to be a strong, independent, and effective professional who can navigate a complex international business/program environment.

- Willing to do hands-on work, while learning in an agile setting

- Functional and technical aptitude and an ability to understand and discuss system architectural concepts and translate them into end-user language

- Conceptual thinking/analytics: Ability to see the “Bigger Picture”.

- Strong communicator who can work with various stakeholders and customers, stress-resilient personality

- Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
