General Responsibilities:
Provide recommendation to Client regarding ServiceNow best practice, workflow automation, and usability Monitor System health and compliance with ServiceNow Create and configure Client Scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, etc. Coordinate application and platform upgrades Load, manipulate, and maintain data on ServiceNow Provide support for 3rd party data integrations Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards Create, Build and Maintain ServiceNow Applications Provide recommendation and design in support for custom UX/UI developmentRequired Work Experience:
