Job Description

General Responsibilities:

  • ​​​Provide recommendation to Client regarding ServiceNow best practice, workflow automation, and usability
  • ​Monitor System health and compliance with ServiceNow
  • ​Create and configure Client Scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, etc.
  • ​Coordinate application and platform upgrades
  • ​Load, manipulate, and maintain data on ServiceNow
  • Provide support for 3rd party data integrations
  • ​Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards
  • ​Create, Build and Maintain ServiceNow Applications​​
  • Provide recommendation and design in support for custom UX/UI development

  • Required Work Experience:

  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow development, software installation and configuration, and system performance monitoring and tuning
  • Working knowledge and experience with ServiceNow Scoped application development
